   A great place to go to to get my doors and other joinery bits from. They also have very competetive pricing for skirting as well. Steve the manager is really friendly and is happy to discuss pricing or any other product related matter (and great to banter with as well!) as well as Lauren and Nat who go out of their way to help me out when the customer wants me to fit them their doors yesterday. Nick (and Ollie) are great too in the warehouse and run a really afficiant ship out there comes rain or shine. I can't think of another local business that is so driven and trade orientated then my local prestwich branch, keep it up!

   I love this branch, the staff are always so polite and friendly and happy to help, their prices are very competetive and they go out of their way to help out the trade. They even provide kosher and halal certified food on their trade day initiatives which I think is really thoughtfull and community minded! Only good vibes come to mind when I think of my local branch!!! 5 stars!!!!

   Howdens Prestwich is my local branch and is always a very friendly place to go into to get what I need, or just to come in for a traders chat. The staff go out of their way to give me top class service!!!!!! I go into this branch often (and was in there today actually as well). They always get my order together in a timely manner, provide me with competitive prices as well as updates on when my items on order would be ready for collection. I can't fault them in any way whatsoever, the staff are quick and knowledgeable and they also have trade get togethers during sale months which are always great!!!!! and.... an opportunity to catch up with other local traders. They are also extremely community minded and very respectful to the local community and their customs and festivities with Hanuka signs up in December time etc I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!!  Keep it all up as you're definitely doing something right!!!!!!!!         5++++++++++++++++

   There is no customer service, they just want your money. I arranged a kitchen measure and design service, when speaking with the lady on the phone she literally said go to another kitchen supplier to get the measurements and design, then bring it back to them and they will beat the quote. So that's what I did, I went elsewhere, but fat chance me going back to see if they can beat the quote, maybe they would have but for me I go where I get the customer service, literally made me feel like I was wasting their time. where is the customer service these days?
