Well that exceded all expectations, Shocked infact! That was THE BEST carvery ive had. Well done Nick the chef,smashed it lad!! Highly recomended.

Lovely Sunday carvery lovingly cooked by chef Nick,roast potatoes really nice, and big Yorkshire pudding. Booked under the name Ridge we were made very welcome by the hosts and staff. Nice friendly atmosphere wonderful. We will definitely return. Cheers Dave.
food was great. plenty of meat. just veg a bit luke warm. but you get that with caverys. Good value and good clientel altogether a good experience as usual.

It's OK. Friendly staff. Very quiet at the time we visited. Not keen on the flashing lights on the fruit machine and around the bar. There's a wood-burner, but it's masked by the pool table. One cask beer on, with a reasonable choice of other drinks. Reasonable prices.
Went for Sunday lunch for the first time here and was well worth the money. Nice pub and pleasant inside. Would definitely recommend and we will be going again
