   ⭐ 1 Star – Avoid at All Costs - My personal expereince.. I strongly advise anyone considering Elegant Interwood Designs to think very carefully before proceeding. Our kitchen installation has been ongoing for over three months and remains unfinished, unsafe, and unsatisfactory. The workmanship was extremely poor, including a granite worktop installed without proper structural support, relying instead on makeshift materials that were later identified as unsafe and removed by housing inspectors. Multiple defects were raised repeatedly, yet responsibility was constantly deflected between different parties, with no clear accountability. We were never informed that several different individuals and contractors would be involved, which resulted in inconsistent work, poor finishing, and a complete lack of quality control. Communication has been frustrating and unprofessional. Issues were delayed, minimised, or blamed on others, and at one point we were told work would only be carried out “when they were in the area,” despite the seriousness of the defects. Despite full payment having been made for the project, we are now left sourcing alternative contractors to correct unsafe and substandard work, causing significant stress, disruption, and financial loss. This experience has been exhausting and deeply disappointing. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company and would urge others to proceed with caution.    It was a great pleasure to work with Mehmood and his team of expert fitters. I had wall to wall built-in wardrobes fitted and they look amazing. The fitters were very curteous and professional at all times. We had some challenges with some design aspects which did not fit in with my vision but these were quickly remedied. The price was very reasonable considering the material used and the final finish. It is not premium furniture building but perfect if you are on a budget and want a great look. However if you want premium build then exist to pay premium prices too. I added the LED light myself and this really pops. I'm hoping to add more internal lighting that are triggered by movement into the wardrobe section at a later date.
