    Zoe at H&M Ilford was absolutely lovely during my exchange this morning. From the moment she greeted me, she made me feel comfortable and welcome. She was calm, friendly, and patient, which really set a positive tone so early in the day. Her approach made the whole process feel effortless. Zoe took the time to talk to me properly and listened carefully to what I needed. I never felt rushed or dismissed. She handled the exchange smoothly and professionally, explaining everything clearly and kindly. It made the experience stress-free. Her warm personality and genuine conversation really stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such good energy first thing in the morning. Zoe’s customer service felt natural and sincere, not forced, which made it even more enjoyable.     Went to collect my order and there was no one upstairs to help me out. Went downstairs and the lady at the till told me she can’t leave the till unattended and told me to wait upstairs. Ended up waiting 15/20 mins and the lady did not even seem bothered or sorry.

    The staff at the Ilford High Street H&M were not polite and did not help properly. One lady at the self-checkout was very rude. She spoke to me in a disrespectful way, saying things like ‘Why did you check the price yourself? A staff member should have done it.’ There was no one around to ask for help, and instead of assisting me, she talked rudely. This is not acceptable and the customer service needs improvement.

    Absolutely appalling experience at H&M Ilford today. Two staff members claiming to be managers were rude, dismissive and unprofessional – one even walked away mid-conversation, the other refused to provide details for escalation and walked off when challenged. The store itself was in a shocking state: ripped fitting room curtains with security tags pinned to them, and the whole area messy even first thing in the morning. I shop regularly at H&M but this store is abysmal and desperately needs serious change. Respect is a basic human right – if your managers can’t manage that, they shouldn’t be in customer service.

    A two floor store within Ilford shopping center. Womens is on the lower of these floors with kids and men's on the upper floor. Service is poor, I've been a couple of times and there has been a queue of around 30-45mins to get to a till. They only had one person on till each time I visited, for the size of the shop that was poor, not only that when customers started grumbling that their was only one manned till open they still didn't want to open up another till.

    I went into H&M last Sunday to see a manager shouting at her own employee in the middle of the store (precisely on the stairs). This is extremely unprofessional and she should know better than to display this for everyone to see. For reference she was a white woman with I believe a pony tail.

    Muji the worst manager that one store could get. Get some knowledge man u fool. Better learn how to behave and with the customer before acting dum. Think before you speak or better sit at your home take some classes how to behave with customers

    I’d like to leave 5* for the girl working on the 3/12/2022 for the last shift before closing time ! She went the extra mile for me to be able to purchase that jumper which was faulty. Wonderful service, please pay her more - she’s a star :)

    I went to ask for help finding a product to a young staff who was too busy chatting away to the security guard. She was rude and had a disgusting attitude!. Then has the audacity to point to the product! I asked her name and she wont give it. The security guard wanted to diffuse the situation and came to help me. Went downstairs to speak to management. Spoke to Suzanna and asked her email for an update of her rude staff behaviour. In addition the boy on the till intervenes to justify the actions of his colleague. How dare he!. Shocking and a very disappointing experience. Staff need training in behaviour and customer service skills!

    SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Girls upstairs were unwilling to help me out. There were 3 of them there just standing around, I asked where a specific item was and they simply just pointed. I couldn’t find it, I went back and they simply just pointed again. GUESS WHAT I still couldn’t find it. It was so upsetting and a horrible experience. Next time I’ll just go online. I have worked in retail and that is not the way you are meant to treat customers !!!!!!! Very rude. Manager has to sort this out !!!
