   The Prospect tavern of Ossett is nothing short of exemplary. Upon entering the premises you are greeted with a certain decorum mandatory of only the finest dining establishments. The bar staff gave us the choice when being seated of having a bear kitchen delivered to the table or to leave immediately without causing a fuss. Obviously we chose the former and ordered using just eat. The bar staff were kind providing us with plastic knifes and forks and saying if you stab me you will be politely asked to leave. After a plethora of £1 jäger bombs it was time to meet my just-eat driver in the dankly lit car park. Like a scene out of a Hollywood hostage scene we exchanged funds from a safe distance. The rest of my night is still ongoing and I hope to update my journal as it progresses. Needless to say the prospect in Ossett is a fine dining establishment with competitively prices beverages

   Went to see a band on Friday night,to find this place as been very nicely refurbished and freshened up ,very trendy looking place ,good beers and selection of cocktails and on trend drinks

   Just taken over by new owners. They have decorated it tastefully and comfortably. They will be offering Livemusic at weekends once their client base picks up. Give it a go, give them a chance.
