A great local pub down Horbury Bridge. Staff are very friendly and beers well kept. Check the Facebook pages for live entertainment. Parking is tight. Lots of external seating area near the live gig area, plus dogs are welcome.

This place we visited last Sunday. We were told every Sunday through the summer, this pub has live music (4pm) and a Spud Van (possible external catering) sat outside while you bask in the sunshine in the beer garden. The food served here was that nice. I actually went for seconds, I tried the chicken tikka, and the chicken curry loaded fries (See Photos) This place has a sports area with a pool table in, a separate room if you prefer a quieter environment and a very big beer garden with a stage for those that prefer that entertainment. It's clean and plenty of spaces to take a pew. Child and Dog friendly there were plenty of families and dog walkers here, so if you're out for a walk and passing by over the weekend and the sun is shining, I'd recommend popping in here for a Pitt stop.

Typical village pub no frills but friendly place for a quiet drink

Nice Lille pub with a stunning pint of Madri! This venue is especially good in the summer with its large seating area out the back but watch out for cricket balls!

Nice local pub, with live music on Saturday nights. Great atmosphere, good prices and beers, and right next to the cricket ground if you want to spend a pleasant afternoon in the sun

Went with some friends but I myself don't drink and don't like sport. This is a Sky Sport Pub. The lady behind the bar was very friendly.

Staff were very attentive, they couldn’t do enough for you, the chef came and had a natter to us and to make sure everything was okay. Food is reasonably priced and decent portions too, we had the mixed chicken tikka on a bed of salad starter with mint yogurt sauce and it was beautiful, for the main I had the shin of beef with melted blue Stilton (also came with veg, Yorkshire pud and gravy) and it was stunning. My girlfriend had the slow roasted belly pork which also came with all the trimmings and it was lovely. Would definitely recommend this place but you have to book in advance as the restaurant is quite small. (Photos below)
