Excellent service at the Romford Moss Bros! Jason (the manager) went above and beyond to help me get the midnight tuxedo I wanted for my wedding. Instead of just saying it was out of stock, he tracked it down, called other stores, and arranged for it to be sent over. Matthew was also really helpful and polite. Best Moss Bros experience I’ve had – Jason is a legend!
I bought a suit here last week, and it was such a great experience! Tim the tailor was very attentive to what I wanted and helped me to pick up the right suit, shirt, shoes, the whole perfect combination. The experience was amazing, well done Romford!
We use the service for our wedding suits at first we were very pleasantly surprised by the young guy who worked on the till seem very experienced and you what he was talking about. We decided on on the Ted Baker suits at £110 each. The next time we return to the shop for a fitting the guy who was doing it seems to be not the best in accurate measurements and things were taken. When we went for our final fitting just 4 days before our wedding my partner's shared did not fit around the collar. The guy said just tighten the the cravat tighter so that no one will see to which I said at the price we are paying I want it to look correct. I am quite a big guy however all the trousers that I seem to fit with way too big I was told that I would need a 50-in trouser which I did not believe. I picked up the suits the Friday before we got married on the Saturday the guy who attended us on this occasion just was not interested I told him about our issues he said if they'd all been sorted I asked him should I try the trousers or whatever he said it should all fit however I did try the trousers and they seem to be ok. However on the day of the wedding my partner shirt had not been changed the trousers that I had were too big there was no way to actually fasten them. Then during one of the photographs was found that oil of some kind had been spilt on the waistcoat that I was wearing. To be honest these clothes thoroughly made us both feel miserable on our big day. I returned the clothes to the shop on the Monday and complained about what had happened only to be told I will tell head office and we will come back to you at some point. These clothes were expensive and we feel a bit miffed please be careful before you hire from this shop.
Staff were super helpfull and fetched multiple suit combinations for my son, then still friendly when we left without making a purchase. We did return half hour later and bought suit, shirt, belt tie. Half wool 2 piece suit £260.00. Quite competitive when compared to all the other shops selling suits in Romford of lower quality material.
Very nice gentleman called Matthew who helped us measure for a suit for our daughters wedding. Very pleasant other members of staff. Store looked beautiful.
I went in looking for a suit with absolutely no idea of what I wanted at all! The gentleman that served me had the patience of a Saint and was ever so helpful, I ended up buying a really nice tailored suit and was surprised at how good the overall price was. Well done moss brothers! I will definitely be shopping with you again.
If you need to hire or get fitted for a suit then this is the place to go to. I had my wedding recently and Jason helped my entire party with the organisation of the suits. He was patient with me and answered all my questions and was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend this shop to absolutely everybody, great staff and very knowledgeable. Thank you Moss Bros and Jason for making our day better we looked awesome :).
