   Lovely store with many suit options, everything is well managed and staff is realy friendly. Staff mamber called Kia helped me to figure out my sizes and explained to me everything I need to know about suit hire, unfortunately they only have very few options for hire so I will need to make my mind soon. Apart from that it's a great store.

   I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Moss Bros Lakeside, especially given the issues we had with my Gift cards, Pauline and Penny are true professionals and represent the gold standard for customer service they were amazing at every stage and I will no doubt be returning in the near future

   So I wasn't actually a customer looking to be served. I was actually there in support of my cousin who had a wedding to prepare for and he was looking for 2 outfits. Neither of us had been to this Moss Bros before so we sort of just wandered for the first couple of minutes. My cousin found some stuff to try and we were just gunna wing it I think. Luckily we were greeted by the lovely Kia who asked if we needed help. And for the next hour and a half she had been nothing but extremely helpful. My cousin explained what sort of fits he was looking for and she was able to accommodate, offering a range of options for shoes, shirts, belts and bowties, providing her own opinions on what combinations work best. But also looking to her colleagues to verify if they have potential items in stock and also asking for style advice. Honestly it sounded like she'd worked there for years, but apparently she'd only been back for a couple of weeks. Not rusty in the slightest! She even asked me if I was looking for something (I wasn't but I appreciated that she was open to help multiple people if she could). Unfortunately we couldn't get everything we needed, but I'd say 90% of the clothing was sorted through this store and Kia was a major help in this. She even suggested other vendors we could go to to get the items that Moss Bros did not supply. My cousin left happy so i've got no complaints. Big props to Kia! Seems like a natural for rapport building and customer service. Wish her all the best!

   Terrible custom tailoring service. They have a partnership with Mo’s tailoring in Grays who did a complete cowboy job with expensive alterations that we were charged fully for. No apology after 3 times of messing up my husband’s suit. Please avoid this store and spend your money elsewhere. Staff were very rude when we asked for them to fix the issues, in particular a dark skinned older lady in a black suit who was ignoring our request to see the issues & speak to management. She said she was making a call for us and then disappeared into the back for ages, then proceeded to serve another person! We will be taking the complaint to Moss Headquarters as this is unacceptable for such a big suit company!!!

   I just wanted to give a massive thank you to Penny and Dami at the Lakeside Moss Bros store for their outstanding customer service. We walked in just 30 minutes before closing, fully aware it was a last-minute visit — but that didn’t stop them from going above and beyond for us. Not only did they assist us right up until closing, but they stayed an extra 30 minutes after hours just to make sure I was fully sorted with the perfect suit. They were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help — even with the time pressure. Penny and Dami made what could’ve been a stressful last-minute shop feel smooth, stress-free, and even enjoyable. It’s rare to find staff who care that much. Thank you both so much for your kindness, effort, and professionalism. You really saved the day!

   Moss bros is an amazing place for everything from their wide selection of buy and hire suits, shoes and more. Even with their tailor me section where you can have a suit custom made with your sizing, colour and materials. The staff are well trained and helpful at everything.

   Walked in and waited to be approached, group of female employees stood in a group at the counter looking everyone up and down. No interest in approaching me while I browsed. As a large guy who rarely wears suits but needed one for my father’s funeral I was unsure of my sizes, I did not feel comfortable asking the employees in this store for help, neither did they look like they could offer any. I visited Suit Direct up stairs who gave me outstanding service.

   Popped into Moss bros today and have to say it was the most easiest of shopping trips ever. I cannot stand shopping but I had to pop into lakeside for a suit to wear for a funeral. I’m glad I popped into Moss bro and was served by Weston. Not only was he good with what I needed he made it a very stress free process by picking up exactly what I needed and got my sizes straight away with no fuss. Just going by this experience and with the service provided by Weston I’d happily recommend the shop and Weston himself to other family members and friends when suit searching. Thanks again, James
