   I visited the store on 27/09/25 as I needed help finding my boyfriend something to wear for an engagement party, and I’m leaving this review to highlight the excellent service I received from Rachel. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly and attentive. Rachel helped me pick out several outfit options from shoes to different trouser styles and gave great advice on how to pair pieces together to create a smart, cohesive look. She even went out of her way to check the stockroom multiple times and was very accommodating to all my requests. Her professionalism and genuine helpfulness made the shopping experience so enjoyable. Thank you, Rachel, for your amazing service!

   Absolutely fantastic! I purchased my wedding suit and hired my groomsman suits from the Moss at Bluewater. I cannot express enough how brilliant the staff were and in particular Alex. From day 1 he went above and beyond giving the best customer service and so friendly. He gave brilliant advice and couldn’t have been more helpful. Alex and the team were absolutely superb.    My partner rarely wears formal clothes and is a well-built guy, so has struggled in the past to find suits and shirts that fit properly. He needed to hire a tux for a black tie event, so was massively outside his comfort zone. Megan was super helpful, friendly and knowledgable and the whole experience was very straightforward and stress-free. She talked us through all the options, gave good recommendations and made him feel really at ease. We came away having booked everything he needed in less than an hour! I can’t wait to see him in his glad rags.

   I was very disappointed to learn Hawes and Curtis has closed down, but pleasantly surprised to have found a nice suit here instead. 2 very friendly and helpful sales assistants patiently assisted me with trying on 3 different suits before I settled on one I liked. I didn't catch their names, but would like to extend my thanks to the ladies working in the morning on the 12th of January 2023.

   I went to Moss Bros Bluewater to purchase a double breasted blazer for work. Every single staff member came over to assist me with outfit choices, and all gave their professional opinion on what colour scheme I could go for. Kia, Chris 1 and Chris 2, Matt and especially EJ are fantastic, very helpful and attentive. One of the best experiences I have had in a store. 10/10

   I used Moss Bros for my Wedding (particularly the Bluewater store). I rented 7 groomsmen dinner suits / tuxes. The staff were brilliant and went above and beyond (specifically Anna) for the groomsmen and I. One of the groomsmen needed a change in sizing 2 days before the wedding and they kindly provided this by delivering the new trousers to our accommodation in the Cotswolds, where we were staying. The quality of the tuxes were also great and the Groomsmen really enjoyed wearing them - would highly recommend! Thanks Moss Bros Bluewater!

   Entered on a quiet Sunday. No one spoke to me until I paid - which was after 10 minutes of waiting because the cashier was chatting to his mate, a colleague and a completely separate customer. At least they had some stock, unlike many of the other stores recently, but overall - extremely poor.
