   One of worst jD In Bexley heath .I bought track jacket for nephew for birthday gift ,when they tag off iam sure was damage it . I haven’t check there in store .ones I was in birthday party gave gift .my nephew to try on it what shame we see hole on it .went back to store with receipt. There was girl with out uniform ,Asian dark skin manager .she has big attitude .she was blaming me I made hole and try to return it what a shame and she is store manager . spend 80£ no refund no exchange what a rip up from customer

   So I ordered a pair online and unfortunately the size was incorrect. These things happen and so I returned the trainers at the desk. Younger sales people often get a bad review. Not in my case. The young lady was very apologetic and you could genuinely see that they did care. I checked out what they had in store, was helped by another lovely lady who interacted with me and shared a joking banter. When I purchased the new pair, they were extremely accommodating and made sure I had the right size. The staff have a difficult job to do but from my experience, I wanted to share how pleasant everyone was in both transactions. 5 stars is definitely deserved and just my thanks to the staff at Bexleyheath for going the extra mile for me

   ⭐️ 0/5 – Awful Customer Service I had a terrible experience at JD Sports Bexleyheath. I tried to return an online purchase, but the staff came up with silly excuses to avoid processing it. The guy at the till even called the manager, who falsely claimed the item smelled, which was absurd since I hadn’t even worn it – it was too big at first sight. It was clear they were just trying to force me to keep the item. As a frequent JD online customer, I’m extremely disappointed and will never shop at JD again. Shocking and unprofessional service.

   Many thanks to the staff who helped me in reserving a jacket at other JD Sports store. Although, when I went to other JD store (in orpington), they had sold it to someone else and I had terrible experience there. Full marks and respect to JD Sports Bexleyheath member of staff.

   I recently visited JD Sports to purchase trainers for my toddler and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff seemed disengaged and reserved, offering little help in suggesting alternatives or checking availability for the size we needed. A more proactive and helpful approach would have been appreciated. Thankfully there are other shops.

   Very busy but found slightly better prices on their website for some items so didn't get all of it in store. Great prices on Mackenzie jacket, £65 down to £20! Lots of Nike and Under Armour stuff tempting me!

   Large well stocked shop. Popped in late in the day to buy some trainers. In fact so late that we were the last customers of the day and they had to unlock the doors to let us out ! Staff helpful. Would shop there again.

   Very disappointed, bought today tracksuit for my child on 30 £ pay with my card but when I get home the size was bigger so going back take a smaller size for 25 £, they make the exchange but they told me they can't refund the 5 £ back, and the stuff was really rude, I ask them why they don't do refund first and then I pay separately for new tracksuit, answer was is already to late for that.
