   Unfortunately our son’s suit (limehaus) lasted less than 18 wears over 5 months before becoming heavily piled. Material was of poor quality. Unfortunately the store said that this wasn’t an issue in their opinion and refused to remedy the situation. The manager thought it perfectly reasonable that the suit would last less than 18 wears. Total of £270 spent on suit plus 3 trousers- recommend to take your business elsewhere.

   Visited today Monday 12th May in the evening. Was well looked after and the duty manager (I think) - at the end she double checked the adjustment that was required to my suit jacket. Left feeling reassured, thank you. Friendly service from her colleague who went to the stock room earlier and managed to get the size that I was after. 10/10 all round!!

   I went into the shop for my first suit, i was very nervous but Charlie helped me find one i liked and helped fit it. He was very polite and respectful and i would definitely go there again. Overall a very positive experience and would highly recommend.

   Brought a 3 piece marc Darcy suit and got no suitbag. If id gone m&s or next I'll have got a suitbag just for buying the blazer of a tux. Apparently they don't have enough to give em out but for me that really sours the customer experience. People come here to buy the clothes they're getting married in and just like nothing it goes in a carrier bag like groceries. Most expensive clothes I've ever brought deserves more. Claimed I could buy one and took my details but never got back in touch.

   All the staff were extremerly firendly and helpful. 100% recommend this store. Sandra the branch manager went above and beyond and chased down the suits and sizes from other branches and was an absolute life saver. 7 Suits and shirts tracked down in 7 days, she helped size up all of us and was extremerly professional.

   Placed an order online to be collected at the store in bluewater. Had trouble with hermes as usual with anything hermes are involved in, but need to leave this 5 star review as a massive thank you to Gavin at the bluewater store. Gavin went above and beyond what he should have needed to do to help with the usual mess hermes created. Gavin, your an absolute star and your help was greatly appreciated. Cheers mate.

   Awful customer service. 2 members of staff working this morning and they couldn’t have been less helpful if they’d tried. We weren’t greeted, the woman had the most sour look on her face and the boy was stood behind the till doing nothing. When we asked for a measurement he did a chest measurement and then walked off to stand behind the till again. So we didn’t get a measurement for trousers so ended up just trying some on. When we asked about a different size he told us to try a different suit in a different brand and fit? Then we asked him to look online and the size wasn’t in stock (of course that’s not his fault). But the boy and woman both just stood behind the till again. There was no attempt to help and absolutely no idea what they were talking about when they did interact… had a very similar experience in Chatham a couple of years back. Moss bros are definitely the way to go if you need a suit! All professional and go out of their way to help and knew the size just by looking at us!

   I went to buy my wedding suit from the bluewater store. Was really looked after. Sandra Jandu was amazing she help me pick the perfect suit for the big day. She went above and beyond to ensure that all my ushers suits were ready and available even if they weren't directly available in her store. Thanks again for all your help!
