   Popped into store today to browse as I required a wardrobe update on jeans and trousers due to weight loss. It’s been a while since I could come out of my comfort zone and have been so used to wearing “bigger” clothes. Shop assistant Ryan attended to me, and what can I say, He was amazing. I was nervous trying things on as I normally get embarrassed or worried as I’m 6ft, 17.5st and am really self conscious. Ryan made me feel at ease, offered genuine, compassionate opinion and advice. He was in my opinion a very genuine, kind hearted person with compassion and real interest for others needs. He could see I was nervous but made me feel so very at home and like I belonged. Thank you Ryan, I genuinely appreciate everything you done for me and can honestly say, TH are better for having you be part of their team. A true gentleman. You made me feel good which was something I hadn’t felt for a long time. TH, please give my thanks and praise to Ryan.

   A lovely girl with golden / auburn highlights served my family and was the nicest member to ever serve me in the bluewater store. I shop there frequently and her kindness was phenomenal. Excellent customer service and a welcoming smile which is what you want and need with all this sanitisation stations and one-way marks. Hope to visit soon and repay the favour. Thank you team TH. Hopefully the manager gives them a raise as it was the best store for customer service across the park.

   Absolutely stellar sevice. We were looking for an unusual size and the staff member who helped us was super helpful - she went into the stock room probably 4 or 5 times to find things for us! Thanks very much - I'll be back to find awkward sized jeans for myself next time!
