   Ordered a t-shirt for a Falklands Veteran friend. The t-shirt was too big. Tried to arrange for a swap. Didn't receive the necessary information. By the time the right information was sent, it was "too late" to return the item. No response to emails. Terrible customer service. Waste of money and a very disappointed Veteran

   I ordered before Christmas as a gift. My order arrived....a totally different item from what I had ordered - totally. I emailed and was asked to send a photo...I did that by reply. Not a word since then. No replies to my email, phone continuously engaged (all day!). I have tried to return the item (tracked - at my expense). Royal Mail unable yo deliver - nobody to receive it. What an absolute con by individuals trading as 'veterans' and they are still sending out promotional email advertising...
