Excellent and professional service. I rang in the morning looking for a quote to get a chip and crack repaired, sent a photo so they could see exactly what I was trying to describe. Was offered a same day repair if I could get to Birmingham, unfortunately I couldn't within minutes of ending the call I got a call back saying they could come to me. Got an expected ETA, unfortunately the traffic was bad but I was kept updated and they were aware I had to go out by a certain time, arrived at new ETA and was very thorough explaining everything, and I was out the door by the time I needed to be, with a great looking repair. I highly recommend E.T.S and will definitely use them again myself

Hi! My rear screen was broken. I called E. T. S EMERGENCY WINDSCREEN, these people are highly professional & well equipped with their skills. I called them at my home to fix the screen, they gave time that they will be there in one hour. Exactly within one hour they were at my doorstep. I am a Taxi Driver, they brought dark windscreen but our Council does allow us only certain limits of dark screen. Then I have to take them to Council recommended MOT centre. They have equipment to check the limit. That is a 20 minutes drive from my house to MOT centre. They didn't charge me extra to drive all the way down to MOT centre. There & then, they replaced the rear screen. That's amazing service, none can match to their service. I am so impressed by their professionalim, their friendly service, their approach towards their job, is really rare to see in England these days.

My car was booked in within 24 hours after been told everywhere else including Land Rover I had to have a full replacement on my Range Rover windscreen.. all that was required was a reseal the guys took care of it within an hour.. price was amazing!!!
