   I went to river island dartford with my mum today We had a very lovely look around at all the clothes they have there at river island dartford They have very lovely decorations up inside the shop makes the shop look very lovely and beautiful and wonderful The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good amazing wonderful I had very lovely first experience there today at river island dartford with my mum today This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

   awful experience… spent hundreds of pounds in this store ( 4 coats bag and shoes) I needed to exchange a coat to a larger one. Went in branch and they said they never had it.. called 4 other branches who all said they were the only ones that had it in stock. Called back and asked the lady if she can hold the size so i can exchange it and id be on my way back into store… after being on hold for 6 minutes the lady came back and said no. I asked why she said “they don’t hold items” i explained i was just there and had infact reserved an item in bexleyheath which i had gone to collect (they were lovely in that store). She then put this manager who claimed to worked there 20 years and said they can’t hold items… it turned out the coat i had just purchased along with the £100s of pounds worth in that store had taken a reduction. even though they said there was none in stock when i was physically there when i rang back they had 2 in stock. Good customer Service would mean they would put it on hold since I’ve been searching for the And had just spent so much in their store until I got there. The Manager refused and after calling out their poor customer service skills and bad attitude Only gave me 30 minutes to come back and purchase the product.. as an ex retail shop worker who’s helped customers i’m appalled how rude they were and nonchalant compared to the other stores.. as a frequent shopper in river island that would be the last time i shop in that store..

   Excellent shopping experience at River Island, store was extremely busy, but the staff were fantastic in keeping all the sale racks tidy, and all the sale items organised! River Island have really upped their menswear for this summer. I picked up really nice summer sets, and holiday outfits today at very reasonable prices. They had a huge variety of products, and had a wide range of options available in store. I managed to pick up a £38 formal quarter zip jumper for £12 on sale too, and there was a great amount of clothing on sale. Managed to pick up chino shorts for a tenner each. I really loved how River Island has improved their essentials too. The River Island Studio plain t-shirts are of high quality and fit very well. They feel very premium when you touch them and very comfortable to wear. There were plenty of suits on sale minimum 70% off, unfortunately, might size wasn’t in stock. The overall customer service was excellent, but if you come here on a weekday evening or something it’ll be much better as the store won’t be that overcrowded. Overall, I highly recommend River Island to you!

   Got rid of most of the tills for self-service, yet it dont accept gift cards, so I spent 45 minutes in a que as everyone wanted to use a gift card

   My go to shop for jeans as i have long legs and i love the stretchy material hower not all clothing is good quality had a jumper bobble after 1 use, think they are a little over priced too
