    I went to reiss bluewater with my mum and dad today There today we had a look at all of the clothes they have at reiss bluewater Kind and friendly staff Lovely service The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendly The service there is very good I had a very lovely first experience there today at reiss bluewater with my mum and dad This place gets it's very first 5 out of 5 star rating by me Enjoy reading your google review by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

    Update 20/07/25: Thank you to Max for his amazing customer service. We had an issue that he sorted out so quickly and kindly. 100% recommend Max and all the team. Thank you!!! couldn’t recommend this bluewater Reiss enough. Always very friendly staff. Recently had some new staff and had AMAZING customer care. Shoutout to Charlie and Morgan who pretty much picked out a whole new wardrobe for my boyfriend. Great knowledge of matching styles and the best personal shoppers he could have asked for. So thank you both, would love this review to reach your managers ☺️

    I strongly echo the sentiments of the previous reviewer. As a customer of 10+ years, I have sadly witnessed a consistent decline in service at this Reiss location in Bluewater. It is perplexing why management continues to employ younger staff who display a clear contempt and indifference towards customers, especially for a brand aspiring to a high-end image. Today's experience was particularly disappointing. There was no greeting upon entering, staff were preoccupied with their own entertainment, and there was zero engagement or offer of help when it was clearly needed. To make matters worse, they were openly gossiping and laughing behind my back within earshot. Needless to say, even a basic "thank you" after payment seemed to be beneath them. Unlike neighboring stores that successfully engage younger Sunday staff who demonstrate positive attitudes and fundamental customer service skills, this branch appears to be deteriorating. Management urgently needs to address this issue, as this level of poor service is actively driving customers to online shopping and alternative brands.

    It's been a while since I felt compelled to Leave a review, albeit a negative one. However, I have just visited the store in blue water hoping to find something special for a wedding. Firstly despite seeing 2 staff members when entering the store, there wasn't a welcoming smile or a greeting of any kind, despite the shop being reasonably empty. Secondly when there was an opportunity for Staff to say hello or if they could help this did not happen. Instead I had a lady that looked as though saying hello to me was beneath her as she gave me a reluctant smile. I believe that their lack of customer service was based on appearance, which in this day and age is a huge assumption to make. I would have been happy to purchase my entire outfit from there irrespective of price, if I have felt comfortable shopping there. I will not be returning.

    I was here on Friday 15th August and was looked after by a young guy (didn't get his name) although young, he did get my reference to a tv show from a good few years ago so not your typical Insta gen kid... He was so attentive and polite and helped me to get everything I wanted. He also arranged for stuff that wasn't in store to be delivered to my house the next day. I had my wife and toddler with me and he wasn't distracted by the noise of her (kid not wife lol) in fact he was lovely to her too, as were the other staff members. Lovely experience and lovely clothes. I'll be back in Autumn and hope he's still working there.

    From the moment I entered, I was made to feel special. I had already shopped a lot and had so many bags on my shoulder and in my hands. Immediately, I was offered assistance and items put behind the till that I wished to buy or in the changing room. Another staff took all my bags and stored them in the same cubicle so I could shop hands free and every moment, staff were not far to take each item. It felt like a bespoke shopping experience and I wished I visited Reiss last to take me home on a high because no other shop after 4 hours in bluewater could match Reiss" service. Well done and tgank you. Happy new year!

    What wonderful staff, providing an excellent in-store experience. Reiss has quality products as always and set out beautifully in their store. This particular store is a great size and has plenty on offer.
