   We went to Hollister during our day trip to Bluewater and we have a few comments to make. Whilst there is a large selection of high quality clothing items available, these can be quite expensive and the staff at the checkouts can be slow. There was this one person who was very unhappy that my friend wanted to use card to pay instead of cash, and my item didn't have the security tag removed, meaning every time I entered or left a shop, the buzzers would go of and I had to show people I hadn't stolen the item. I was NOT happy when they 'ran out of bags' but then just moments later restocked them and wouldn't let me buy one (even though I had the exact change needed for it and just moments ago I had purchased an item and was told none were available). I will excuse these shortcomings due to the smiling and helpful faces of the OTHER staff who were helpful and I appreciate we visited on a busy day. The clothes were expensive but look good quality and I can't wait to try them on. Next time it would be 5 stars but LADIES AT THE CHECKOUT YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE please can I have my 10p bag now.

   I went to hollister and co bluewater with my mum today There we were looking for a lovely shirt for my prom night at oaks college which is on this coming tuesday night It's just handy to have something to wear for this thing that going on at oaks college after all I have to dress to impress It was so lovely coming back to hollister and co bluewater with my mum today I been there before I just know the place when I been to it before The staff that work there are very kind lovely friendlt The service there is very good amazing wonderful I had a very lovely second experience there today at hollister and co bluewater with my mum This place gets it's second 5 out of 5 star rating by me Have a lovely rest of your day 5 stars all around

   Love the store used it for years but lately always feel like there is far too many people in here i dont know if its the layout of the displays or if the checkout process is too slow but if it wasn't for the woman doing my transaction on a tablet on the store floor i would probably of just left.

   Amazing clothes! Love the vibe inside the shop and the staff are always so helpful. Been served twice now by Becky who has been so patient and wonderful in helping me navigate around the store. Will be back for all the winter outfits
