   Amazing service, fantastic garage, brilliant staff. Clutch pedal broke off whilst on a school run from Walsall in my 2012 Spark. The AA dropped off my car at Central Gargaes LIchfield. On an obviously very busy Friday afternoon. I was informed that it may take until the next Wednesday before the car could be assessed. By the next Wednesday, the car had been assessed (I suspect an engineer stayed late for this), the sizable part had been ordered, received and fitted. Communication was excellent,staring on Monday morning.I collected the car that afternoon, it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I'd been using the car as a mobile skip as attics, sheds and gardens needed to be cleared out prior to moving house, so the vehicle was in bit of a state. Some moss was growing in places. It must have taken a while to clean - many thanks. I highly recommend Central Garage, the staff went above and beyond assessing and completing an unexpected job added to a full schedule. Many thank to all staff at Central Garage, Lichfield. As I am moving near the Lichfield area, my family will be using your services for all out motoring needs in the future.    We struggled to find a garage local to where we live that would undertake the work on our Discovery 4. A friend recommended central in Lichfield, a bit further than I wanted to travel but I’m so glad we used them. Repaired quickly. The car was washed and vacuumed. Good communication. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

   My first time using Central Garage, I have a 2012 Chrysler 300C which needed new lower control arms, other garages wouldn't touch it but Central Garage, took a look at it, said no problem and ordered the parts. Now, the wrong part arrived, however, they soon sorted this and ordered the parts direct from Chrysler in the US, what garage does that? And the cost remained the same as quoted. The communication was superb from Chris and within a day the car was back, cleaned and hoovered, again, what garage does that? Hats off to all at Central Garage, my Chrysler is better than it has ever been, I will use again and definitely recommend anyone who hasn't used them to find out for yourself how great this place is.

   My drive shaft snapped as I was turning on to a main road. I rang central garage and Gemma told me she would sort some technicians out. Two minutes later she rang back and said they were on the way. Twenty minutes later they put me on tow . They let the garage know the problem. We arrived at garage and they ordered the part. They offered me a lift home or said I could wait in the office as they could do the job as soon as the part arrived.. In under 2 hours from when they rescued me my car was ready to drive home!!!!. Absolutely incredible service. I am not surprised as we have dealt with this garage for well over 30 years. We have always had excellent and friendly service from Central Garage. Also, the bill for this incident was by no means excessive. I whole heartedly would recommend the whole team at Central garage. Anne Butler

   I needed a new LED indicator unit to my wing mirror on a Mercedes. They priced quickly and cost seemed fair. They ordered part and fitted two days later. Service and the way I was treated was good. On collecting the car, it had been cleaned inside and out and I had an air freshener hanging up. A nice touch making it highly likely I’ll return again. All in all a good experience.

   This morning my coolant light came on because numpty me hasn't been checking the levels! Tried everywhere in lichfield to purchase some but to no avail as they didnt have what i needed. Called this garage to see if they possibly sold any and was immediately invited to come in so they could fill it up for me. Would just like to say a big thank you and commend you on your great customer service and friendliness. Now i can drive to tamworth to purchase some.

   Outstanding service 18/10/21. I called in the morning & explained my issues and asked if they could squeeze me in, the same day. They were very accommodating. I went on a test run with the mechanic to highlight the issues and left my car with them. They called back with the diagnosis and price after keeping me informed throughout the day of there thoughts to the issue and when they knew for sure, it was really appreciated. Thank you again for the excellent service!
