   OMG what lovely,friendly and helpful people. My car sustained a bang from another driver over 3 weeks ago. Fix Auto helped me arrange a hire car whilst mine was in for repair. They helped me with the insurance claim and even took a look at the tyres as i thought they had been damaged by pot holes. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even offered to bring my car back to my door (i didn't take them up on the offer but what thoughtful people, i live in Tamworth not exactly local to them). Highly recommend if you have car or van issues. Thankyou to ALL at Fix Auto from reception staff to mechanics. Keep up the good work.

   Totally recommend this company from Nicky on reception to Scott the manager. Did diagnosis on my car to fix issues including a slipping clutch. They had my car the next day. Explained all that they needed to do in detail and a fair price. Had my car back promptly and valeted. Car has a new lease of life and runs like a dream. Thank u Scott and team.    Paintwork was good but the repair took way too long for a minor repair. The job wasn't completed, used visible silver bolts on a black car, wing wasn't touched and suspension problem not rectified. I refused to return the vehicle to rectify the issues but am going to a different garage which has been authorised by my insurance company Wouldn't use again and wouldn't recommend but make your own minds up

   These guys do brilliant bodywork and they do it when they say they will! Perfect job done on my MX5 - I am really pleased and will use them again that's for sure. Customer service is second to none - speak to Ben he is so helpful and he keeps you informed throughout the process. Highly recommend this firm, you just cannot go wrong.

   I was devastated when my brand new Ford Focus St was badly damaged after a car owner left his handbrake off. My bonnet, wing alloys and passenger door was destroyed. Ben, Scott and the other staff were so helpful and reassuring and although I had to be patient for my vehicle to be returned, I was amazed to see my car looking like new when I collected it. The boss Andy, met me when I collected my car and we both went over every inch of my car to check it was perfect. Any issues I may find after collecting my car, Andy said would be resolved and he is true to his word. I would never hesitate in using this company again. Excellent standards by everyone and a very large clean garage. Thank you all.
