   OMG what lovely,friendly and helpful people. My car sustained a bang from another driver over 3 weeks ago. Fix Auto helped me arrange a hire car whilst mine was in for repair. They helped me with the insurance claim and even took a look at the tyres as i thought they had been damaged by pot holes. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they even offered to bring my car back to my door (i didn't take them up on the offer but what thoughtful people, i live in Tamworth not exactly local to them). Highly recommend if you have car or van issues. Thankyou to ALL at Fix Auto from reception staff to mechanics. Keep up the good work.

   Totally recommend this company from Nicky on reception to Scott the manager. Did diagnosis on my car to fix issues including a slipping clutch. They had my car the next day.    I cannot speak any more highly of the team at this garage! My car was involved in an accident and I was heart broken to hear that it was classified as written off due to how much it was going to be to repair with another mainstream car dealership, which was the choice of my insurer. I decided to get the work done with a local garage to see if it would reduce the price, and after a bit of research, I decided Lichfield Accident Repair Centre, was the most reputable garage in the area to handle the damage to the car. They collected the car from the other dealership the following day and submitted a few quotes to my insurer. It took a few weeks for the insurer to finalise the amount for the work but, as soon as it was signed off they got to work and updated me along the way. Due to the Covid-19 lockdown, retaining the BMW parts was tricky and time consuming (which was expected), but they managed to do it quicker than I anticipated, repair work must had taken roughly 2 weeks! When all the work was complete, I was called on the day and told they were dropping it off to me instead of me coming into the garage, and I paid the excess over the phone. What's more, the replacement parts have a lifetime warranty, giving that extra reassurance that the work done was more than satisfactory. With everything that has been going on with Covid-19, they still managed to provide a professional, quality service, and were willing to help even more during these difficult times. Thanks again!
