Thanks to the tall lad who helped me pick out a pair of shoes that suited my style, I get very picky but he was so kind and polite. I told him my hobbies and interests (Running, jogging and other sports) and he gave me the best advice for what shoes for what I wanted, absolute star.
Visited this store a while ago and just wanted to say how amazing the service was. Not sure of the young man's name in the foot wear section but he was very tall, which was handy as the trainers I wanted were on the topshelf. He was very polite and chatty and even carried my trainers to the check out for me. This guy needs a pay rise. Never been to a store and received this level of service.
I recently visited the Puma outlet store at Cheshire Oaks and overall, my experience was just okay. While the store had a wide selection of Puma products, I was disappointed to find that the prices were not what I would consider to be true outlet prices. I did not find any significant discounts or deals on the merchandise. If you're looking for a bargain, I would recommend looking for Puma products elsewhere.
On this day 03-12-2022 at 1400 visited the puma shop to return a faulty puma bottom with in the 2 weeks , Jane ( key holder ) and Assistant Manager Andy refused to return it with in the 2 weeks period claiming that it’s not the fault of the fabric , it’s the use of the bottom in the Gym . Honestly this is the first time to get such a clever shop in deceiving customers telling me that this is made to motorcycle ride , as you buy a jogger then the seller tells you that the worn part is from riding the bike ; this is all such a clever selling points that you stick to in order to take customers right by to return items by telling the story differently….. congrats the money on you PUMA
I bought a pair of puma slides from the outlet really good place to visit, however in some cases they don’t have all the sizes
