    A ridiculously long wait for a diagnostic appointment, only for it to be cancelled & pushed back a further two weeks! On the day, the video came through advising on pretty much everything on the car. Follow up call a few minutes later, advising of the price for the problem. When we collected the car, asked a question and was abruptly over spoken by the member of staff, twice, and didn't actually answer the question. Not the kind of service expected from a main dealer.
