   I have had vehicles serviced and MOT'd at Acton Motors for many years and have always found them to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Having just had my latest mot carried out there and some work to remedy the rear brakes I felt I had to leave this review to just share how impressed I am once again with the service they have delivered. For anyone in the Lichfield area looking for a garage that is not going to try to con you, will treat you fairly and gets the job done right, then look no further than Acton Motors.

   Had the trusty stead MOT’d at Acton Motors and the staff were very pleasant. The MOT was carried out in a timely manner and they even helped me out with a reflector for my bike. …. 12 months on and as a result of the positive impression from last year I have returned for another MOT. The process was started on time and carried out in a timely manner. The staff are very friendly professional and knowledgeable, I will be returning again next year. Great service.

   I recommended Acton Motors to my daughter, following an MOT on my car. They had done a fantastic job. My daughter's car failed it's MOT (her first car and 13 years old). There were three major defects and Acton Motors advised her to go to other local garages as they were too busy to carry out the repairs. However, we wanted to stay with them and they said it would take at least a week to do the repairs as they had to fit her car in around other cars. My daughter had to take annual leave from work as couldn't get to work without her car. When Acton Motors heard about this, they repaired the cars within 3 days so she could have 2 days of her annual leave back. We are so grateful to have a brilliant garage on out doorstep.

   Having never used an independent garage before I was impressed with the advice and honesty of the mechanic who walked me through what needed doing. The repair (wheel bearing) was done in a timely manner to a high standard and much more cheaply than the main dealers. Trustworthy.
