Super Heroes DO exist !.. in the form of Adrian at Wellsburys !. He rescued a damsel in distress today (namely me !), who very stupidly opened the soft top on my Smart car whilst trying to resolve an issue, only for it to decide not to close again ! I called Wellsburys (they do my Service & MOT), and even though it was very near to closing time Adrian told me to pop round and he'd have a quick look (I was panicking because I don't have a garage to keep the car in). Well, Adrian donned his superpants and within 15 minutes of me arriving managed to get the roof closed again (phew). Hard in words to fully express my immense gratitude to him, a simple thank you doesn't seem enough.... Adrian you really were my hero today ! I really do highly recommend Wellsburys, nothing is too much trouble for these guys, from James in the office to Adrian on the cars, the level of service is always of the highest quality !. Thanks guys

100% recommend Wellsburys Garage. Their customer service is second to none. Helped me out with my car problem and got me sorted and back on the road. Been using this Garage for little over 2years now and have to say I probably won't take it anywhere else even if it's cheaper. All work carried out to a top level and the service is brilliant. Always in contact with updates and when then car will be ready. Always available for me when I need to have something done no matter how big or small the job is. James Lisa Aidrian and the rest of the staff are very friendly. And always have time for a quick chat while you're there. Well done and keep up the good work.!!!!
Having recently moved out of the area I will no longer be able to use this garage. This is a shame because finding a good honest garage is sometimes difficult to do. The service and expertise has been wonderful and I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone else who is in the market to have work done on their car.
My clutch died right in front of the garage. The most helpful guys I met there. They were closing and took the time to come out and have a look and help me. They even stored my car overnight until I figured They would be the best choice to fix my clutch. I left the car with them this morning to sort the clutch out and they fit it in their day and got my car back the same day. Very polite, friendly and informative. Thank you so much!!! You definitely earned another regular customer!
We've been bringing our cars here for years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Friendly attentive service. Always explain in detail what needs doing. Just had the clutch replaced on my car and the team managed to get the work done on Friday afternoon/Saturday morning so I had the car for work on the Monday. Amazing.
