   The owner of this shop is super friendly . The customer service is amazing . The owner and employees take the time to give you the best advice. They have many great outfits to choose from. The prices are also very reasonable. Overall a nice shop! Definitely worth a visit when in search for nice clothing.

   I have bought many suits for my toddler. Usually a great experience.If I had reviewed for those experiences i would have left 5. However I was taken aback hence 2 stars. I bought a kids suit for £35 and left the store to go across the road for lunch. After looking at the suit again I spotted 2 holes. 30 mins later at most we went back to show the ladies working there. She said she couldn't do anything. I was shocked, I JUST purchased it. Apparently because I paid cash I am not entitled to a full refund. But then she said it has to be full amount when I found a suitable exchange it cost £15 less. I told her to go and ask someone else because this is unreasonable. If I had seen the holes I wouldn't have bought it. Anyway she went into the office and spoke to the other lady and returned my remaining £15. surprised at that treatment towards someone they recognise and was almost a loyal customer but now after this experience I will think twice. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers may be entitled to a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where goods are faulty or not as described; they are also entitled to a refund and/or compensation where the seller had no legal right to sell the goods. See 'The sale and supply of goods' for more detailed information So according to the law I was eligible for a refund where the goods were faulty and not necessarily be forced tk exchange. No need for a fuss especially in such a short time frame with receipt product bought back within the hour.

   Owner was fantastic he helped me select few lenghas for my baby girl. I was not too sure about the size for my 6months baby but the owner was so good in finding the correct size. Excellent products and phenomenal service. The shop also offers a point system which allows customers to gain few freebies. Will return back to order a mother and daughter outfit. Thank you ☺️

   The owner is very professional and friendly. The outfits are amazing quality and well worth the price. There are soooo much to choose from and seriously their princess dresses are outstanding. Fixed price so no hasseling. Website needs more stock. But overall lovely store
