Worst customer service on the planet - I ordered a package which they lost. Then when I asked for a refund they sent a new package even though I said DO NOT SEND maybe million time. They now refuse to pay me the refund as the package was sent , that was stuck in the post and now delivered a month later. I do not longer need the clothes as they were bought for a specific holiday. They refuse to take back the package and pay me the refund. They don’t answer any emails anymore . I would rather have donated my 175£ to a more worthy cause than the Abercrombie company that is stealing money from clients! Shameful!
