    Very unhelpful when I phoned about a faulty shoe, not prepared to listen properly to what the problem was and certainly didn't offer to fix it or ask for photos of the fault. I phoned to be decent in case it was a manufacturing issue and there were other shoes with the same issue. Don't expect shoes to break after only a few occasional uses - I expected better quality than that for the price!

    Very good services. Nice and friendly owner. I have been buying from Cachet Kids for over 10 years for all my granddaughters. Never had any problem. Mind you I never had the cheek to return anything after my granddaughters have worn them or grown out of them, unlike other cheeky reviewers!!!

    Bought an outfit for a Child's birthday present for £43.00 8/9 weeks ago (20/9 approx.), also purchased a christening outfit at the time for £128.00. The dress on the skirt does not fit like the top does its almost a dress size smaller. Only found out 4 weeks ago that the present (dress) i had bought did not fit, took it back just to get an exchange not a refund. Shop owner was rude to my aunty and then rude on the phone. So much for loyal customer service after spending a reasonable amount, would not buy here due to the terrible service and rude manners of the owners.

    I would warn against ever buying a present here or anything you might need to take back. I received a present for my baby and was refused to exchange it even though it was in the box, label inside (although not attached). The assistant claimed it must have been worn and washed although it was clearly in pristine condition (never even been put on, just held up against my child and put back in the box). When I took the item to the children's charity shop just down the road they were unsurprised as this shop has a reputation for refusing returns.
