   Car wouldn’t start this morning. Arranged for my car to be taken to Moseley Autocentre while I was at work. Within an hour of it arriving, they rang to let me know the problem and the cost of repair and why it had happened. By 5pm my car was back home with me in full working condition, less than a week before Xmas. Excellent work and communication throughout. Definitely my go to garage!

   Highly recommend this garage. They have been nothing but helpful and provided a great service, with honesty and integrity. A friendly and knowledgeable team. They helped us through a complicated warranty issue and at all moments were more communicative than any other party in the process. There have been good with their diagnosis and extremely reasonable in the costs for fixing our car. Would definitely recommend Jake and the team.

   Took my car here today via my warranty company, I had bought a car two weeks ago and had a message to say “Vehicle power consumption high” and as a result the stop/start was inoperative. Booked in with Jake on Friday and managed to fit me in the following Monday, after dropping car off Jake phoned to say that the battery was kaput, lucky I had bought a new battery and was in the boot of the car. Asked Jake if he would be able to change the battery and code it to the car which he did. I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process and even received a text message to say the car was ready to collect. Nothing is too much for this garage to keep the customer happy it seems, would highly recommend.

   Very poor. I took my car in to get a noise/buzzing looked at at the front of the car. They initially said it was caused by the REAR brakes which they replaced for approx. £180. The problem didn't go away so they attempted to fix the problem a 2nd time and wanted to charge me for this which would've been an extra £100+ on top of what they'd already done. Fortunately, they did this free of charge after I raised the issue that I was essentially being charged for a job I didn't ask to have done, but they still didn't fix the noise which has now worsened. I'm now £180 out of pocket with the same issues I went into the garage with and I don't trust them to fix this issue on the third time of asking. Only positive is that service was prompt and polite, but ultimately I've spent a lot of money to not have my car fixed.
