What a superstar! Our two cars broke down on the same day, I contacted Mitch who came out the same day, fixed one car and a few days later ( after a part arrived) he came back and fixed the other one. Friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. He is now on our speed dial! Thanks Rod & Carol
I came across Mitch’s business on Google whilst searching for some help as my wheel bearing had broken and I needed my car to get to work which is some distance away, I called Mitch and he was extremely helpful, within 2 days he was at my house and my car was jacked up being repaired. There was a slight issue with a part which I had ordered from euro car parts but Mitch genuinely went above and beyond to repair my car and get me back on the road. Really good communication from Mitch and just a genuinely nice bloke. Will definitely be booking him again should anything go wrong on my car! Very reasonably priced and genuinely cannot thank him enough for repairing my car and helping where he could.
Fan belt went on my scaffold pick up, called Mitch an he was with me within half an hour, looked it over, got the parts an had me back on the road working again in no time, really impressed and would be my go to guy from now on, I’m so grateful for how quick it was, i still finished my days work. I was going to get it recovered which was actually more expensive, I’m so glad I called Mitch first. Top service Thank you
Mitch said he'd be round today to service my car. I asked repeatedly what time he would be over and he did not answer. He actually didn't turn up at all! When I rang him he explained it was 'too wet to come over.' I shouldn't have had to call him to find this out?? (plus, when we'd spoken this morning to confirm the appointment he said he had something to use as a cover from the rain while he worked.) He offered to come tomorrow and I explained I was frustrated that he had not given me an appointment time today. He replied by telling me that 'even national companies don't set times for this type of thing', which is patently not true. He then spoke over me to loudly say 'BYE' down the phone like a small child would at the end of an argument. His attitude and lack of professionalism is very clear. I would not recommend this mechanic.
Unreliable, poor communication
Mitch is one of the good guys such a great mechanic so helpful so wish I had used him years ago and wish I had more cars .I never give 5 stars but I would give him 10 if I could.

Mitchell came highly recommended by a local garage and certainly lived up to that recommendation. I had an issue with a split turbo hose which another mobile mechanic failed to diagnose and charged me £30 for the pleasure. After a short test drive Mitchell picked up on the fault immediately. Friendly, down to earth and trustworthy. Reasonably priced too.
