Went In there to exchange my top to the next size up and the lady said I couldn't do that. I had the receipt and they said no. Never going to shop there again. Now I'm down £55. Brilliant
Went to your shop today and one of your staff needs manners as I was shopping and the shop was empty and he made me move to get a bag on top of the shelves, while he could have waited or move around me. He put me off of shopping and I left the shopping with my son. It was a tall young guy.
Never shop in here. Not allowed to even look at the sizing. Bought some trunks for partner and now not allowed to return to even exchange so now left £65 out of pocket. Staff were rude and I was told to 'go and sell them elsewhere' would give zero star if I could
