I am taking my car for Quality Service and repairs since 2012. Its a family run business where values like reliability, customer loyality and ease are highly reflected. Mr. Mughal & Sons are always humble ,nice & you will be treated with great affection. Lastly you find better prices in Birmingham for the Quality of work.
If I could give 0 star I would. Should have taken a hint from the name of the company, extremely unprofessional people. If your looking for good quality work and some decency then avoid this place at all costs!!!!! Absolutely useless. Will give you 6 hour time frames after booking you in for their "hour time slot." for a job that shouldn't take nothing more than 45 minutes.

I’ve had work done on my van, clutch has been changed, I’ve had part worn tyres fitted, changed alternator, had a couple problems looked at and have had my MOT done from them too. Van is running perfect now, they are a busy garage so you might not be able to get a slot the same day but they get the job done.
Wanted to take my tow bar off my car, was randomly driving past this place and thought I'll just get a quote. The boss came who seemed to be a nice guy quoted me £180 which I thought was steep considering the bumper needs to come off luckily I had work so I could not get it done. Next day went to another place In small heath I did not tell the machanic what I previously had been quoted. They machanic said he will call me back once bumper was taken off and give me a price. At my suprise it cost me £40 for the exact same job that I was quoted previously. Thats a shocking 4x more. So I felt a bit cheated.
I had my MOT done from here. I also got serivced my car from here. The mechanic who works here was very good but the boss said one price when i went he said higher price. I though he is honest guy but was wrong he joins all the other mechanics who try their way to rip you off.
