   Needed some rear suspension bolts for my car Ordered them on Friday 19th December and the estimated delivery was between Xmas and New Year which is understandable for the time of year. I put a note with the order explaining I had been hoping to have these bolts fitted to the car before Xmas, so a speedy dispatch would be appreciated (I knew it was a long shot due to time of year) Within 1 hour of the order being placed I received a message stating the parts had been posted Monday 22nd December around 1100 hrs the parts were delivered How’s about that for a great customer service … this has helped me out a lot and it’s great to see a business actually go out of their way to help a customer. Being a retired business owner myself, I fully understand the importance of good customer service and these guys obviously do too Well done and thank you again, you deserve to be highly recommended and you deserve the support of your customers

   Customer Service literally NON EXISTENT! I've found some parts I wanted to purchase from their website however got a couple questions I wanted to ask them before hand. Been calling both phone numbers that they have listed on their Contact Us page but can't get through to them at all. I've even messaged them on WhatsApp and still no response! Just shows this business is already lacking in pretty much everything. AVOID At all costs or else you'll most get likely scammed pretty bad! - Joe.

   Absolutely brilliant customer service, I ordered the parts, (rear pads), but wasn’t given an option on Next Day, called the branch yesterday and spoke to a chap, sorry, his name escapes me, he said let me see what I can do. Package arrived this morning! I’ll certainly be back in touch for the fronts with this level of support.

   I had my Mitsubishi L200 brakes in bits only to find the caliper carriers and slider pins seized beyond repair. None of the major motor factors or well known suppliers have these bits!!! Off to ebay I go and come across azcar parts who actually have all the bits I need for sale. Delivery showing for 4 working days-so I purchased and popped a polite note on asking if there was any possibility they could overnight the parts, but if not no worries; after it was my fault I was in this predicament. Lo and behold the postman appeared with the parts the very next morning. These guys are absolute legends! Their genuine helpful customer service has left me with a massive grin, and reassembled working truck. Awesome job AZcar I will be using you again.

   What a real pleasure to order parts for a Renault clio Sport 197 and find that the guys at A to Z Spares really know what they are talking about! I've had some issues trying to find parts for this car but A to Z were right on the button with their knowledge, the parts were dispatched the same day and on my doorstep within 24 Hours in the face of a postal strike! Awesome performance and I will be shopping with them again! The parts arrived, the quality was good and they were exactly as described and an enhancement on what I thought I was going to be buying so the slightly higher headline price on the bearings was more than justified by the specialist nature of the components. Five out of five stars from me on this rating!

   I stumbled into AZ on ebay and realised they had a 'real shop', so had a chat to both Taz & Sid (lovely / helpful / knowledgeable guys) and got a great deal on rotors, pads and wear sensors for my Boxster S. Placed order in the afternoon, shipped from Wakefield and arrived in Wiltshire the following morning! Well packaged, all sensors, pads and discs marked up, so really simple when prepping my work area. Was hesitant about Kinetix discs, but they are absolutely brilliant paired with supplied Brembo pads. Discs are well within tolerance and after I wire brushed my hubs the discs sat totally flat and true and more importantly spin true! Everything paired beautifully and better than my previous set up. Discs are coated and look brilliant, 90 miles in, no squeaks, no noise, look bright and also rear shoes were easy to house. I'm really impressed by the guys, their professionalism, the product, the packaging, the delivery, their friendly nature and most of all their knowledge. I will never use ECP again, they couldn't get my order right and pricing has gone through the roof. Well done Sid & Taz and thanks again for a great deal and A1 service. Keep doing what your doing, I will return and so will my family and friends. The only negative, is the shiny discs now means I've got to clean my car and get my wheels refurbished....Regards, Al
