“Originally I was pretty much frustrated due to the way problems with my new car bought from Carshop recently, were addressed. I had to travel to Wakefield all the way from Leeds, that too multiple times and the waiting time in the service centre really tried my patience. There was engine warning light started indicating and it took couple of investigations for the service team to find out the exact problem. Also the rare viper was making a loud sound which was a very minor fix too. Finally, Lee, the service manager, looked personally into the issues and resolved all of them, under the warranty. I had to pay NO MONEY to get it fixed !! Moreover, I had a small accident which damaged the front suspension and other parts. It was costly to fix those and Lee went way out of the mile to explain me the fixes and guided me to get it done properly and that too, saving my money. The gesture and attention provided by Lee, made all the earlier experience wash away and I walked out of the centre as a HAPPY CUSTOMER !!”

“I recently brought a set of Heyner hybrid wipers for my Audi A1 S line, having bought a set for my previous Audi. I have always been impressed with the quality and way they keep my windscreen clean and free from smears. They were delivered quickly and packaged well. I would highly recommend these wiper blades and the seller.”

“The real experts. Went to a Mercedes dealership who charged me £200 for a diagnostic. They then quoted me a further £500 in labour for exploring the problem. Lost faith in Mercedes.. Took the car to Pete at Prestige. Looked at the faults, diagnosed a faulty crash collision sensor as the root cause of faults on dash. 2 days, diagnosed, fixed. These guys have the diagnostic experience that Mercedes unfortunately don’t seem to, even though Mercedes labour charges are twice the price. Genuine guys 10/10”

“6 stars are deserved, but the maximum I can give is 5. The garage is so good that I decided to write my first review. I came there today for an urgent repair. I was hoping that I would be able to get it within 2 or 3 days at most. It turned out that I had to pick up the car on the same day after the repair. A huge plus for customer service. The guys know what they're doing. Fast and professional service with very acceptable prices. I have a new car mechanic from today. I will recommend it to all my friends.”

“Couldn't be happier ! My car was diagnosed and rectified promptly. Lewis who i mainly dealt with couldn't have been more helpful, he explained thoroughly what the problem was and what work had been carried out .he even refreshed my rear brake drums! Although he did not need to a little work pride goes along way :) will definitely be using these lads again and recommending to friends and family.”
