   Right, so I took my car for a full service the staff at the desk was lovely and helpful however the service was £360 to change a few filters and now my fans don't work properly, I showed my receipt to my mates who are alot more car savvy than me and they all concluded I was ripped off by about £150. This is my first car and first service so I can't recommend this garage I am deeply disappointed with the quality of work. When I pay £360 to service my Volvo I expect professional installation.

   A lovely all round experience. A dedicated reception with lovely customer service. I brought my vehicle in as I had a tyre pressure warning light come on, so i called up and they fit me straight in. Looker over the vehicle and set the pressure correctly, and when I asked how much to pay they said no charge. Its always worrying when a light come on in the car, so to have it so quickly sorted and for free was very, very lovely. Thank you

   It's very hard to write this review without turning it into a wall of text, so, simply, Thornes Lane Garage did a superb job. They did a detailed, informative diagnostic on my car when I took it in, solved a problem (vibrating steering wheel at motorway speeds) that Kwik-Fit didn't solve in the three times I had taken it to them (and very likely caused), informed me about my car's swollen, worn, and overtightened nuts (because of Kwik-Fit), replaced them and the locking nuts, and were consistently patient, helpful and understanding. You have made a very frustrated and very exhausted driver very, very relieved and very happy. You absolutely deserve 5-stars, and you'll definitely see my business again. Thank you so much for looking after my car, and for your excellent service.

   I have used this garage for MOT's & services and they are great. The staff are lovely and communication is very good. As a woman going in on my own I feel fine and I do not feel like I am being intimidated or being ripped off. On my last visit I had ran out of wind screen washer and when I collected my car, it had been topped up which was a very nice surprise. I would highly recommend this garage to anyone who wants a trustworthy garage!
