Where do I start?? Matt Lewis motorsport saved our car. I originally bought this car to just get us around whilst another one was getting fixed, until it started with a lumpy idle. I tried everything but just couldn’t get it to run right. I eventually parked it up and gave it a rest. Enter a couple of reviews about Matt Lewis. I immediately gave them a call about my issue, to which they said, drop us a message with the issues and we’ll get back to you. Aron was quick to respond and talked me through everything, I was confident these were the guys that was going to fix this car. A month later and the transport guy they provided (Rich of Apollo Transport, really nice guy, really professional) rocked up and took the car to Walsall. By the time it got there, they were already messaging me asking vital questions to diagnose it. At first, it seemed like they came across the same problem I did. But when they called asking a couple more questions, they confidently replied that they had it covered, at this point, I knew they had figured it out. 6 months of me diagnosing this on the drive, scrolling forums and asking everyone what was wrong, for Matt and the team to figure it out in 1 hour. They then fixed it within a couple of days, keeping me updated at the same time, fixed some other niggly issues and gave me a list of advisories (very thorough check over). I collected it a day later and drove it 2 hours home, with a smile on my face! I will definitely be going back to Matt and the team for more work on this car and my other 2. Amazing service! Recently took our Merc A45 AMG in for a major service. They got back to me promptly with a very good price and booked it in fairly quickly to suit us. The price was a hell of a lot cheaper than Mercedes and got it all done in an afternoon. Nice to see that they’re open to doing other high spec cars apart from just Fords.
