   Terrible service I felt humiliated as a woman, overpriced, and DPF job not done. I was also asked to pay for a service that was not received. They said it was because they had to take exhaust off, which took all day. I then took my car to another garage that didn't need to take exhast off. They used machinery to suck out the blockage, and the job was completed with a full service. I wouldn't recommend this garage, and I certainly wouldn't go back.

   PLEASE READ Booked in my VW Polo ( auto) for MOT here after kwik fit cancelled on me, due to staff being off sick. Kwik fit recommended i took my car to TT autos . So i thought it would be reliable. MOT was conducted and i was told the sump plug had a slight leak and that i should look to get it replaced. he manager asked when the next service was due , i told him it was due now but i'm waiting on Kwit fit technician to be back at work to rebook. The manager said that the service could be done at his garage and that the garage will honour the nhs discount. I was told it will be interim service eventhough it should have been full. and that oil will and filters will be changed and other fluids will be topped up too . I dropped my car off , picked it up after 2 hours was told everything was done. Hour later i got a call stating that there had been a recall on oil filter that had been fitted and i should come back to garage to have it changed. By now i was getting suspicious, but i thought to give them benefit of doubt. I took the car in , when they took it back on ramp alarm bells did go off, i watched the mechanic drain all the oil and then top up the oil. I asked the manager if the oil had to be drained as part of refitting the filter , he said no just a bit but its been topped up, which i knew he was lying , as i had watched them work on the car this time. I think he lied, either they put in wrong oil in the first time round or hadn't done anything in the first place. I didnt see the mechanic change the oil filter at all. Bottom line they just lied and wont tell me the truth, so in my opinion cant be trusted I wanted to confront them but i was on my own( female) and there were about 4 males at the garage.

   DO NOT USE TT AUTO!!!! I 100% REGRET ever bringing my car to them. I've had my car for nearly 5 years now and since they worked on it a few months ago - IT HAS NEVER BEEN THE SAME. It's upsetting that this company can do damage and take no responsibility. I will continue to push my case and get justice. They may seems nice and kind but wowwww they will really do a number on you and 'fix' everything BUT the issue. Take this as a warning - if you see this review.

   Absolutely Fabulous Customer Service given by this garage. After asking 8 garages to have a look at my Windscreen Washer and every garage giving me different and expensive opinions but no help, I finally ended to TT Garage where one of the Asian mechanic didn’t turn me away like others did and had a look and fixed it within five minutes. He didn’t even charge me saying it’s only a minor job. An absolute Gentleman with great customer service unlike other garages who don’t even look or listen to your problem. Thank you
