    Went to get work done for my car they told me to buy the parts same day and to come next day around 11am.Went there so they asked me if i brought the part i showed them the part so the guy told me straightaway that this can't be done today i've got other cars and so i asked him what day should i come back he completely ignored me and went inside to help the driver parking the car on ramp which came after me.Stood there for 15 mins and then asked them again when should i come but no answer so i left the workshop after wasting one hour.Never going back again.

    Worst garage in Birmingham. Unprofessional and very Rude staff especially Hamza and Saad. I visited them twice just for car service on my first visit Saad wasn’t in mood to do job and in my second visit Hamza wasn’t in mood even I took time and my car’s service just takes 20 minutes and I waited 3 hours and at the end they didn’t put Air Filter and also they kept remaining Engine oil. Will not recommend. Be aware from them.

    Mechanics are very professional. They charge less labour amount than other around the aera. Three ramps are available for works. Sitting place is also available for customers.
