Sent here by RAC too surprisingly. The arrogant owners who worked there would then work on my faulty alternator and replace it for 300 pounds ! Somehow straight after my car got an oil leak and that was totally unrelated..avoid this place ...they should never be an approved RAC garage !
Very punctual and extremely professional a super clued up garage in fault finding and diagnosing issues related to my vehicles nonetheless they go beyond and over to help you keep costs relatively low where they can, a true pioneer of workmanship recommended to all we have been using this garage for the past 15 years. Really helpful and couldn't ask for anything more. My car is relatively old but they've sorted everything quickly and at the most reasonable price possible. Customer service is excellent, especially Dee, and remembered me coming back one year on. Highly recommended.

Max from mk fleet services sold me a car for 12000 , the car started having issues the next day I had broken down with it in Nottingham City, I had called him he offered to have his tow truck k pick me up that same evening I had informed him that I was stuck in another citi on the road in my car and he said he will look after me after he takes his kids to bouncy castles or chunky cheese .hours came and went he didn't help at all someone had helped me start the car with jumper cables . The next day transmision faults started showing up , I sent him a video of this he said that's odd the car was fine yesterday when I sold it to you but if it get worse bring it in and ilcall again and he says okay bring the car in sort it 2 months later I call him and he immediately says bring it in right away I had asked since there are no warning lights what he is going to do about it to diagnose the problem he said don't worry bring it in , so I fo he hooks it up to a machine it tells him nothing he suggest I go home and wait for it to get worse than bring it back . While at his ship he had asked for a quotation as I'm a tiler . I had arrived at his house we had discussed details of the job after leaving his home the cars transmission breaks down luckily in front of my house , again I call Mr max he immediately says I will have it picked up first thing in the morning . Morning comes and goes , about 10 I ring him , no answer . He calls me back all chipper asking hiw is the car is it working now ? (This is after I sent him a video of the state the car is in showing the car will not go into gear and is just chiming away . So just today I lost a potential job for 4000 pounds because I couldn't deliver samples of tiles to a costumer . Do not use this place or or their services as clearly they cannot diagnose a car properly and will just rip you off and have you running around for no reason

Max was a lovely guy, very honest and upfront when I purchased my car from him. Only had a car for a few days, so will follow up, but would be glad to deal with him again and would recommend to my friends. Update: when I had an issue with the car was very helpful, took the time to sort out the problem and ensured I got it back quickly. Great customer service!
