   All the hairdressers here are great, this is the second time my son had his haircut at Trotters, he had his first ever here too, which you can also book extra time for in case! Both times my son was kept engaged, which is hard work, they were so gentle, friendly and caring, great haircut, so neat and tidy. My son did not even cry once! There was a negotiation with how many stickers he was going to get at the end and he was given a chocolate! Love it for a professional style and cut, it’s like a mini adult service!

   I took my daughter for a haircut at Trotters Westfield. Charlotte - the hairdresser - was incredible with my daughter - reassuring, fun and engaging. Great haircut and experience overall. She kept also checking with me that I was happy with how the haircut was coming along. I particularly liked how she set my daughter up for a photo by the fish tank at the end, offering to have her try one of the hair bows. She gifted her treats and even left her some for her brother who wasn't there that day. I’d say the best hairdresser experience that we've had.

   Took my 2yr old son for his first haircut. Lady did a great job, gave him a toy to play with (although he was more interested in the giant fish tank) She was very friendly and engaging, Happy for me to take pictures and she gave a certificate with a lock of his hair for keepsake.

   Marco did an amazing job on my son today who is terrified of hair cuts. Even though he screamed and cried throughout it did not phase Marco and he cut in a very calm fashion without rushing. He was not put off by the screaming and was very kind to my son and made the effort to settle him which I appreciated very much. Thank you Marco we will definitely be back.

   Used to love this place.. No one can deny their unique style, I like doing my kids shopping their however its quite expensive!!! Ans since the prices are high, you expect better customer service and better packaging.. Went to buy a gift yesterday, for a 150£ Im super disappointed for the wrapping I received.. Delivering exceptional customer service is the key to keeping your customers happy!
