Perfect customer service. Had an MOT and Service on my VW Golf mk7.5, the price was very competitive and the staff was very friendly. Have been coming here for an number of years with previous cars and have always done an perfect job.
Never going here again, if you’re a female I would avoid, they tried to make out as if I had no idea what I was asking them about, asking “are you sure?” when I explained my problem, smiling as if they were trying not to laugh as they “didn’t understand” what I was telling them and asking them to help with. Wasted an hour of my time. Awfully rude company, disgusting “service”. AVOID.

I come here for all my car needs. I have just managed to change an LED light bulb on my Nissan Qashqai. Previous owner had customised the light bulbs so had to get it from elsewhere. They changed it for £15. Ability to bank transfer helps a lot!

Had my MOT booked in here whilst visiting the city centre as it was not too far out. The service was excellent with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely go here again.
Word of mouth, he’s the man. M.O.T my car, 9.00 appointment, arrived at 9.30, missed my slot, believing they knew I as there, after been told to park over there... waited 50 minutes, before someone realised I was waiting.. just make sure you tell the gaffer when you have arrived. Saves time. Apart from that straight forward MOT
