   I am a girl and when my car breaks down I come here. Very reliable and trusted garage and mechanics. They don't rip you off and explain to you the fault and the parts needed. I come here for my MOT and service and today came in with noise from back of my car turned out it was my back break pads. Left the car and was called to collect I'm the afternoon. My car is very smooth no unwelcome noises thanks Edgbaston Autos.

   drove my car perfectly there with a small job needed 24hrs later car doesnt start and lost all its power with huge smoking coming out, owner claims its was like this before. what ever you do dont take your car to him.

   I've used this garage a number of times and have found the guys to be outstanding. As an example- I took my car in for an MOT. I explained that if they needed to do any minor work on it just to crack on as I needed the car (I'd not noticed the MOT had just run out). I fully expected to pick up a bunch of minor things, however an hour later I had a call to say that the car had passed and did not require anything at all. My other experiences of using this garage have been equally good. They are fast, courteous, honest and helpful- I don't think you can expect anything else. Highly recommended. Oh, and if you leave the car there for work and it's a small job there is a brilliant cake/coffee shop a short walk up the road.

   Had a terrible experience at this garage,very shoddy workmanship left screws and bolts loose on my car and then had the cheek to try and over charge me for parts,without giving a quote first would only except cash and no valid receipt given. I wonder why? Staff need a lesson in customer service's as very poor.
