Even though I have many garages near me, I choose to drive 45 minutes just to have my car serviced here—it’s absolutely worth the journey every time. They recently changed my gearbox oil, and the work was excellent. A few days later, I returned for brake pad and disc replacement, and again, everything was done perfectly. I can't recommend this place enough. A few weeks ago my car went into limp mode on the motorway, no engine light or anything. I got a diagnostic done and it showed up with Low EGR Circulation. Mercedes told me it would be £2500 to fix and replace the system. I obviously thought that was ridiculous and seeked advice elsewhere. Was recommended Car Care Centre by a guy called Des and I can't express how grateful I am to have found this place. For a MUCH cheaper price I got the EGR Valve and cooler taken out and cleaned. I spent weeks looking for a place that cleaned the EGR properly by removing it and now I know my go-to place for mechanical issues. Just look at the photos and you'll know where to go from now on. I had dire egr valve problems which was caused from carbon build up and resulted in the valve breaking. Car care centre done a thorough job to clean ALL the carbon muck out and replace the egr valve. They also diagnosed that other parts were damaged due to the initial problem and replaced those as well. The car is running perfect now. 100% happy with the service and complete trust and faith in the professionalism to get the job done.
