10/10 - i had an issue with my fuel door and it was sorted within 10 minutes. Fab customer service, was very early in the morning and was freezing but was still met with a big smile. Will be returning!
Like other reviews my problem was that a tyre registered as flat but investigation proved it to be fine. The staff at reception and in the garage are kind and helpful. Thanks to them!
I have to say, I cannot rave about this garage enough! Got myself in a sticky situation with a car that overheated.. took it to a garage who weren’t able to help but they recommended these guys! From start to finish they were just fab! It was incredibly short notice but they took the car off me the next morning, not only this but I needed my car back to get down to Devon to see my mother who was really sick.. the whole team worked around the clock to diagnose and fix my car within less than 12 hrs and get me back on the road asap! From the receptionist staff to the specialists who fixed it, the service was faultless!! Will not be going anywhere else from now on and cannot thank the team enough for great communication, fair prices and impeccable service. Thankyou again!
I have a Porsche and one of the tyres was deflated, I am not very good putting gas in the tyres myself so I took it to Harborne garage. Reception ladies were amazing, I have been served by a young gentleman (couldn’t take the name) he was extremely kind and checked all the tyre and filled them too, without charging me anything because there was no puncture, could not thank him more. Amazing service, would love to go again and recommend it to others
In my 20 years and 6 vehicles of driving, I’ve never been more impressed with a garage than I was with Harborne Garage yesterday. My van’s starter motor broke in Cannock, so I got towed to the garage. We were greeted with reassuring smiles and one of the team took charge. Confident and calm, he organised everything and within 4 hours I had a diagnosis, quote, new part fitted and we were ready to continue our trip. The team on reception were brilliant too, keeping me updated every step of the way and even gifting me chocolate as it was my birthday!! I could have cried! Breaking down could have been a disaster, but instead it was as pain free and comfortable as it could have been. The whole team went above and beyond for me, and I am recommending them to everyone I know in Harborne. A reliable, speedy and honest independent business doing great work. Can’t recommend them enough. 5*
A great job from Harborne Garage, Green Flag dropped me and my car off after it had ground to a halt in Quinton. It was 3pm on a Friday and I didn't think I would find any garage that would take the car in at that time, fearing it would have to be left outside my house until I could find a garage to pick it up after the weekend. Harborne Garage were happy to take it in. They called before close of play on Friday, having performed the diagnostics and gave a quote, and it was ready to pick up on Monday. A great piece of customer service. Thank you.
I went to the garage for a flat tire on a Friday afternoon just before the closing of the garage and they managed to change me the tire super quickly! Even it was close to the closing one of the guy did it. He was so kind! I was super happy because I was supposed to go on a weekend with my friends and drive 4h. It would not have been possible without their help! Thanks again a lot you saved us!!
The lady at the front desk was very nice, I had my MOT done here before and the charge was quite reasonable. The last few days I have had a harsh sound coming from my car and after diagnosing ithere I was told my car was a radio problem and there was no charge. Many thanks. (As a foreign student, my English is not good, but I can still feel their patient service) Have a good Christmas too！
Great premises, lovely staff who were very helpful and kept me up to date with all work and costs. Took my old Volvo in for an MOT and also asked them to look at my heating which had stopped working. As a starting point they suggested replacing a part, which they did very quickly. Unfortunately it did not resolve the issue, but they did not charge for the new part and reduced the labour cost, which was absolutely brilliant. They have also suggested another route to tackle the problem so its not a dead end . Definitely recommend using them!
