   I can’t fault Steer Perry—they kept me updated and informed throughout the entire repair process. My car looks brand new; you’d never know the entire driver’s side had been damaged in an accident. They even arranged collection and drop-off, so I didn’t have to worry about travel. When I got it back, the car was spotless—cleaned to perfection and shinier than I’ve ever seen it! Thank you so much for all your hard work.

   Had my car fixed here after another car crashed in to mine while doing balloons! Was very traumatic as I’m pregnant but steer done a very good job of fixing my vehicle! Would like to say especially thank you to Stuart the driver who picks up and returns the vehicle, very polite and helpful made sure I got my car back in time so I could go to the hospital! Car came back in perfect condition, cleaned inside and out also. Thank you

   I recently had my vehicle repaired by Steer Group through my insurance company, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. From the moment my case was handed over, their communication and professionalism were outstanding. They kept me updated every step of the way, from the progress of the repairs to the expected timeline and even part arrivals. They provided login details so I could track everything online, which gave me peace of mind throughout the process. To my surprise, they completed the work three days earlier than estimated! I was initially a bit nervous about the quick turnaround, but when my vehicle was delivered to my door on a recovery truck, I was blown away. The quality of the repair was exceptional — I couldn’t tell anything had happened to the car. They even went above and beyond by valeting the car, making it look brand new, almost as if it had just come out of the showroom. The driving experience was noticeably smoother, and it truly felt like a new car. Steer Group exceeded my expectations in every way, and I can’t recommend them enough.    After an accident in November & awful service from my insurance company resulting in my car being stuck in llandudno for over 7 weeks before it was finally sent to Steer Autos in Perry Barr for assemen, the service I received from Claire, Jayne & marius was outstanding. Claire & Jayne were aware that I was chasing my insurance constantly for information about my car being brought back to my local area & as soon as the car finally arrived with them they called to let me know, the car was assessed the same day by Marius who called me & informed me of the damage & that he had also found 3 scratches on the passenger side that had not been damaged in the accident, rather than go through my awful insurance company I asked him to repair it separately. The car needed a new bumper, wing, driver door & steering column. As soon as all the parts had arrived the car was repaired and delivered to my home on a date to suit me, the girls kept me updated constantly throughout the repair. I've had the car back a few weeks now & it drives beautifully. I simply cannot reccommend them highly enough. 5 stars from me.

   I received great service from Steer's Customer Service team. Jayne called every Wednesday and Friday to give me frequent updates on how the repairs were progressing and they were able to accommodate a long distance drop off for me at my request. Cars repaired and you would never know it had been in an accident 100% would use Steer again but I hope I never have to!

   My car was reversed into so had to sort the repair through my car insurance. Although I wasn't happy with my insurance company as it took them 8 weeks for them to find a repairer, i was so glad they found Steer Automotive. The service was fantastic, staff were very friendly and they also kept me updated at every stage through the repair, i would highly recommend them.
