   Myia’s response to Doneil and Clover’s reviews is surprising, as she was not present on the day of the incident and has never met either of them personally. Additionally, Myia’s decision to publicly share Doneil’s full vehicle registration and other personal information in her response is a clear breach of privacy and data protection principles. Doneil has never disclosed any of their private information publicly, yet the garage has chosen to do so, which speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism and respect for customer confidentiality. Although I have not personally used this garage, I have witnessed the ordeal my sister experienced and reviewed the evidence she shared. Based on that, I would not trust this business. The way George treated her and our family was unprofessional and unacceptable. There is substantial evidence, including receipts and recorded communications that clearly document what took place and how George handled the situation. Doneil’s review is truthful and fully supported by facts. Attempting to attack her character, especially given her professionalism and standing as a respected nurse and Christian within her community, is deeply inappropriate. If George genuinely believes his version of events, he should provide the CCTV footage he refers to. Using his daughter to issue these public responses instead, appears to be an attempt to deflect responsibility for his own conduct and workmanship. It’s disappointing to see a company handle customer complaints in such an unprofessional way. I would strongly advise others to exercise caution before using this business.

   I went along with my cousin and aunt to witness the situation with this garage, and I was genuinely shocked by what I saw. If I hadn’t been there myself, I wouldn’t have believed that the owner, George, could behave in such an unprofessional and aggressive way. Instead of dealing with my cousin respectfully, George was dismissive, rude, and extremely hostile. As a driver myself, I can say without hesitation that I would never leave my car here, and I would never recommend this garage to anyone, not even my worst enemy. It was clear to me that this isn’t a one-off mistake but a pattern of behaviour. The way George treated paying customers was shocking, and I can only imagine how many others have been spoken to and treated the same way. Avoid this garage at all costs.

   I personally know a customer who had an awful experience here, and after seeing the evidence, I feel strongly that others deserve to be warned. The owner, George, behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner, rude, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for poor workmanship. The way paying customers have been spoken to and treated is completely unacceptable. Even if I hadn’t seen it myself, no customer deserves to be spoken down to or left with unresolved vehicle issues after paying hundreds of pounds. Please think twice before using this business.

   I accompanied my daughter to collect her car, and I was appalled by how the owner George, conducts himself. I tried to speak calmly and reasonably with him, but he responded with hostility, aggression, and outright disrespect. Instead of explaining the situation properly, George raised his voice, spoke in a demeaning manner, and even mocked me personally when I remained calm initially. It was shocking to see a supposed business owner behave in such a childish and unprofessional way. No customer should be treated with such disrespect, and certainly not when they’ve already been patient and understanding about delays. His behaviour was aggressive, dismissive, and designed to intimidate. This is not how an honest, professional garage should treat people. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place completely.

   I’m new to this Garage and I feel the service was excellent. My Range Rover was losing power and a recommendation was made for GMS Auto repairs. I was seen at short notice where a diagnostic was completed and parts ordered the same day. I had a new registration plaite fitted also. The next day my car was fitted with the new part and is running smoothly. The overall service is second to none. I was shown what was causing the problem and happy with the overall result. Friendly staff, good prices and I’ll be back again.

   I was recommended GMS through a friend several years ago and have been using them every since. They have looked after a number of my cars and have gone above any beyond to make sure I'm back on the road. My recent repair was a Window regulator on a Bentley Continental GT & other parts to enhance the look. They done a amazing job and looking very classy. GMS have found and order parts in for my cars saving me a lot of hassle going around looking myself. I'd highly recommend GMS to everyone!

   I have personally been using GMS for several years - and my family for over 15years. My recent repair was an extremely messy burst timing chain on a BMW 530d. They have maintained this car for me over the past 5years. Knowing their staff are highly skilled, reliable & extremely knowledgeable with such jobs I had no issue in telling the recovery to take the car direct to GMS. The fault was quickly diagnosed & the work completed in a timely manner. The job was thoroughly completed in which they kept me updated (with photos) throughout the process & asked me to visit a few times to see the completed work & the removed damaged parts. As a customer you cannot ask for more. Thank you.
