   Went there to get a diagnosis of my car ..both men at the reception looked uninterested and unbothered..spoke rudely and dismissively..and then said they can squeeze me in 7 days later just for a diagnosis Which would have taken 10 mins at most ..very unprofessional behaviour from both men at reception

   Great find. They did a great job fitting a stainless steel exhaust to my old Mercedes Estate. The job was done on time and too budget. They also took time to show me the work that was undertaken and check I was happy. I think my old Merc’s might be going a bit more often!

   I returned home from work the other day only to be told that my sister had been quoted £380 for a service on a 1 litre VW polo. I was under the impression they’d be changing the break pads also. Even so, I knew that this was an unreasonable price to pay. Instead of my sister, I went to pick the car up to ensure the work had been carried out and to question why the price was so excessive. Unfortunately the break pads had not been changed… which would explain the tomato like complexion of the ‘gentlemen’ behind the counter.. he went on to explain that the oil and filters had been changed to a standard which ‘couldn’t be compared’ to any other garage.. this work can either be carried out or not done at all? As well as this he said he’d done some visual checks. Embarrassing. Despite the fact he was clearly trying to rip a young girl off, he had the audacity to enter the ridiculous figure into the card machine and turn it round to face me. Jerk.

   Excellent service, very well run honest garage. Polite attentive owners and professional mechanic staff, even though this is a busy garage the workshop area was clean and tidy which to me says a lot about the garage. Carried out EDT treatment on my car efficiently while I waited. Would recommend to anyone, great job thanks.
