Terrible service and professionalism on the phone, the previous owner was much better . Communication was poor and way I was spoken to was just disrespectful not allowing me to talk at all after they never got in touch with me in regards to van hire. Not allowing customer to talk , whilst just talking over me. A shame after using this garage with previous use owner.
Alway provides great, diligent service for my vehicle. Always polite, and also feel safe and respected when taking my vehicle as a female here. Great price rates and very good clear communication and time keeping. Highly recommended!
They are SCAMMERS BEWARE always get a second opinion. Charged £500 to fix car said car was so bad they will buy it for £150, but when I went to second garage they said there was nothing wrong with it and fixed my damage for £80. Disgusting scammers please becareful do not use them!
Guys don't look further, it's the best place. They are very fast , clean, straight to the point and always very good price! I have many cars and bring them always without any appointments for mot and services. Very good place.
I won’t be hiring again from this company. The rental van was COVERED in dog hairs and the floor was polished with a very slippery substance. This experience has left me feeling cheated and totally disrespected…
I will never rent a van from this man again do not rent a van from this man ever he gives you an old van which the engine light on the engine light level thing kept coming up in the dash board the van bottom sounded like it was ganna drop out I had a very bad experience with this consonant I was constantly on edge thinking this van ganna leave me and my kid on the road never again will I use his service never I paid £500 pound for a service I was unhappy with but you live to learn

Few miles down the motorway and the rear wiper on my daughters car is loose its now cleaning the actual tailgate this was after the car had been returned to have a poor repair put right . Their is solvent or sealer all over the boot I presume this was after you cleaned the roof lining after your previous shoddy work . Don't deserve to be in business
I wouldn't even give this garage a star at all if I didn't have to. The day I drove my car away, it broke down on the motorway, only an hour after collecting it and had to be towed back again. They said my car was stolen, after I left it with them to fix, after the umpteenth time of sending it back. They didn't contact me to explain how it had been stolen despite having large gates. Or even that it had been stolen at all. No apologies either. Yet they complained it had been left with them for too long. Their saving grace was that I was too ill to do anything about such disgraceful service and should be struck off any type of mechanic ombudsman that would have them
