   We had a fabulous experience at the hairdressers here today. Rosi was super patient and took time to show our son the clippers and scissors and asked him if he is comfortable for her to use it. She was very gentle and she kept him happy and calm even though he normally doesn’t like to get his hair done. We’re really grateful.

   Rosi was the worst hairdresser I have ever experienced. She did not listen to our instructions and is not child friendly Strongly advise to avoid at all costs, we will not be visiting Trotters Northcote road again

   I took my son for a haircut and asked for it to be long and not a military cut. This was completely ignored and impossible for me to intervene without making my son upset (and also it wouldn't stick the hair back on). Not only this but the cut wasn't tidy at all. Long strands hanging all over the place and uneven layering. If you want a cheap cut just to get the hair out of there eyes and shortened, then go for it. Otherwise if your child has good hair and you want a property hair cut. I'd avoid. The shop is nice though

   Went this morning to get my child’s hair cut done after quite a while. Rosi was absolutely brilliant. She was very methodical in her process and did not rush through it at all. We are very happy with her work and will be booking her the next time we’re there.

   Had the worst experience with the hairdresser. We arrived late that I agree but there were still 10 mins. And the boy I came with had barely anyhair. She shouted as soon as we walked in "you're late" and then got busy with chatting other shop floor assistants. She kept on talking and chatting with them, the boy I was looking after bursted into tears as he was looking forward for the haircut. She didn't care a bit and kept on doing this. Won't recommend anyone coming here for haircut atleast or to that lady who had no sympathy for child crying that much to atleast trim some hair when there were still 10 mins very very disappointed

   Very friendly and competent sellers. You can have also a hair cut for your child plus they are the only ones I know in Wandswoth and Kingston to have children Geox shoes. They are well made, they last long, they are comfortable, they look nice.

   Had the worst hair cut experience with my 6 month old daughter! Trotters is known for child friendly haircuts, instead the hairdresser had the most appalling manner. She didn’t make me or my baby feel welcome and kept cutting her hair and it was falling everywhere - in her mouth and eyes. So angry that I paid £22 for the poor experience. Never ever again.

   Went to Trotters today to buy our son's first pair of shoes. The staff was lovely. The lady whom we dealt with was really helpful and friendly. She gave us some good advice regarding kids' shoes and sizes. There was a sale on and we managed to get a great pair of leather shoes for our little boy at a really good price. He certainly loves his new shoes. The shop also has a nice selection of toys and clothes. We will definitely go back when we need new shoes or when he needs a haircut.
