I've just had a rear tyre changed on my scooter. The staff are really helpful. They sent off for a new tyre on Wednesday & the next day it was all sorted & ready to pick up.i can't thank the staff enough,Great Service & very reasonable prices..many Thanks to the team...
Why choose independent companies over a chain? Because they care and will try everything to ensure your car is fixed and fixed quickly. Yesterday my brakes were making a noise, this wasn't what I wanted as I was due to go away the next day towing a caravan. I went to Bayliss Garage late in the afternoon and they quickly identified the problem, got a new set of brakes delivered within the hour and by 0900am today I've got new brakes, and more importantly can go on holiday. Keep our small business's independent and use them. I cannot fault any part of my experience.
Highly recommend. Bayliss Garages are not just good with cars; they're good with people too. I really need to understand the ins and outs of services I am paying for, which means I ask a lot of questions. I've been to Bayliss several times for a range of things from a simple MOT (no work required ) to a labour-heavy, 3 day job. On one occasion they've replaced windscreen wiper motor when the wipers were overshooting. Most recently (the BIG job) they changed my timing chain and all necessary, associated parts, cleaning out the sump area etc. Charlotte, as ever, was great at talking me through the diagnosis over the phone and answered all the questions under the sun. Matt also answered a further bunch of questions I had in person, and when doing the work he filmed a before-and-after to illustrate to me visually where things had been wrong vs how they should look and did look now. I've finally getting around to writing this review 4 months after the big job, because I'm forgetful. It's also a testament to the work, I hope, because the car is still running very smoothly 4 months later. There are other technicians there that also worked on my car & I'm grateful to them too. Thank you Bayliss Team, I'll be back!
