   Great service, called on the morning and I was sorted with an alternator repair and in work by 1! Good price and warranty too only down side is that it is cash only and nearest cash point is in petrol station with a charge.

   Absolute rubbish, i booked my car 2 days prior, arrived on time on the day of appointment, was told that i have to leave the car without examining it, after fixed i was told to bring the cash, went to cash machine on walking distance but wasn’t working, came back ask for my car keys to withdraw the cash but he denied and told me to use his car with any insurance i have asked them that if they don’t have card machine i can transfer as well but No went into massive argument with them the guy kept shouting at me though it wasn’t my fault because I haven’t been told that its cash only the guys starter shouting and blaming me for no reason, paid them £100 for misbehaved, aggressiveness , they have done the same thing with guy before me ,I would definitely not recommend them, only visit them if you want to ruin your day.

   If I could I'd give this place zero stars The owner has no customer service whatsoever. Told him I had same issue with car before and done at same place but he denied the fact that he had done it. Now I understand that some places don't include BRC cover but the owner had gone in a tantrum and decide to remove my car from premises without giving me a reason or telling me. If you pay the VAT instead of being a cowboy then you wouldn't have a problem (w****r) The health and safety of the place is another issue. Place needs to be reported and shutdown. Read other reviews before you go here..

   Waste of time, rude, bad attitude, huge language barrier, on the phone they invite you in telling you no problems and on arrival it's a different story with different prices and totally different attitude!! Recovery trucks dropping cars to them block whoel road and have no care for customers coming in and out!! Definitely not the place to visit!
